I founded Upside HR in 2019 with the belief that strong businesses are built through thoughtful people strategy. After more than 15 years leading Human Resources initiatives for startups and high-growth companies, I saw firsthand that many growing brands needed experienced HR leadership long before they were ready for a full internal HR department.
Since then, I’ve partnered with founders and leadership teams across beauty, wellness, technology, and consumer goods industries to build scalable, people-centered organizations during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
